kenwood tk-2312 scrambler

Does anyone know what the default scrambler frequency is for what appears in the list as KENWOOD for scrambler codes in the TK-2312? If you push the arrow up or down, it goes from 2000 Hz to Kenwood to 4096 Hz. Could it be 3048 Hz, which would be right in the middle? My guess is it's actually...
