lapd bcd396xt simplex

Ive noticed an issue with LAPD simplex and tac channels - Im not picking up every transmission. Sometimes I only hear the air unit responding to transmissions Im not picking up. I know that simplex and tac channels dont have the reach that base channels have - but Ive also experienced this issue...
