I have been extensively using the record function to assign unit IDs (UID) but about 20% of the time it is not showing the UID of the transmitting station. In addition, another 10% of the time the UID is showing up on the on the transmission following audio sample. Needless to say this is not...

I have a GRE PSR-410 scanner for my one feed and I have the USB cable plugged in to it and have my software set for sending Metadata and it shows channels on the ProScan software but it does not appear to be sending the Metadata to RR servers. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure who to contact about the metadata (tags) being slow. When there is a unit transmitting and the audio is is playing the Tag for that unit/channel is about 10 seconds late to show. I did some testing with Icecast and Shoutcast servers and I have no problem with the tags being behind...
