mixed mode

I recently obtained a MTR3000 that needs to be setup for Mixed mode and from the looks of it that option from Motorola is not possible to purchase any dealers out there to sell a Dynamic Mixed Mode EID for an MTR3000 HKVN4044. also the firmware is at R01.06.22 and I can not seem to upgrade it...
