talk perrmit tone

I’ve been trialing the newer talk permit tone feature on my APX6000. All parameters are met for this to work… and it works fine when scanning is off. When scan is on I get the “bonk” more often than not and I have to press the PTT a few times to get a channel grant. Is there something in CPS...
