Thats the problem, 3.22 won't update to 3.23 using the Check for Update function. And the latest downloadable executable is 3.22

It updated to 3.23 from 3.22 for me without problems.

go to whistlers website and download 3.23, then uninstall ezscan and install 3.23

Windows defender is freaking out over the new TRX-2 installer again, same exact trojan detection as before and it is nuking it before it even finishes downloading (along with related FF cache files). I know it is a false positive, sent it to MS for false positive check. Have to battle with windows just to get it excluded and downloaded fully. Would be nice to not have to do that.

Yo will not get 3.0 speed with the current hardware in the whistler scanners as they don't use a usb 3.0 chipset. If your scanner has a micro sd or full sd, use a card reader to transfer your settings. It is around 10x faster then the usb cable.

If your talking about connectivity issues, then whistler should really fix this and get the driver signed for the next models.

I could be wrong but most USB 3.0 ports are usually backwards compatible....

Problem is Whistler is not providing a driver, so there is nothing to be signed. All that file does is tell Windows to use its own driver. This issue has been discussed many times in other posts. Not a Whistler issue, it is a Windows issue.
