07042009 39.90?

is anyone else getting the stuck carrier on 39.90 no tone,its been in and out all AM,no im not using a psr scanner both the bc780 and the icom r9000 are getting it.
no other skip yet.

I have also noted that in a couple of past posts. That freq is normally active when the band is open from here to Nebraska. I finally just locked it out.

yeh we get Nebraska fire and police on it,it wasnt south-no spanish stations,
