1000's units

[SCPD]

In Shelby County, recently, there has been a couple units: 1001 and 1002 (only one's I've heard) calling Shelby County central on the 155.415 SO Dis Freq.

I have no idea who this might be. Does anyone know or have a suggestion?

If they are on the SO freq. and they have traffic every now an then, they could possibly be coroners? See if they are on there when there is a bad wreck or DOA call on the EMS channel. If they "mark up" when some of these events are happening then they are most likely coroners. Hope this helps,

I was thinking that but it's not that... they have never called before and now they have been calling alot (1001, 1002)...

Simpsonville PD units are 1101 and 1104...

Baghdad - I think volunteers are 100's

both operate on SO channel.
