Was really a mix of all that. I hesitated posting since I just tuned it up and hadn't been listening for long. The talk went on for about another 10 min or so then stopped. Some of the "calls" were to Mclellan with repsonces from there also.

It was some airborne command post activity, with phone patches to their communications technical control facility at Offutt AFB via "McClellan" HF-GCS.

Lots of special activity today.

That explains why it was coming in so clear. I'm about 2.5 hrs from Offutt.

I just heard a Navy C-130 calling "Mainsail" twice with no answer. He was over Arizona (stated it) at the time and was LOUD here like he was right over me!
