If that's similar to what we use at work, you don't "write" the cards. The cards come with a serial number in them already and you just program the system to react based off that number.
There are read/write cards, but you need a special programmer device to do that. Secura Key RFID Reader/Writers

How much cost this and the other point is the Frequency.

I try in 4 Hotels in the last years Reading the Card with my Phone (NFC) and the dont work.
Maybe an "RFID" Card.

Do you know which Frequency Hotels use?
Non Chinese Company sold "chinese" Products for +XX€.
You see it on RFID Stuff. "Branded" RFID Reader 20€ - 30€ the same from China <10€ (without Research)

EDIT: I see Animal Tagging use 134,2 KHz!

It's not like a radio. The RF field generated by the readers excites a wire coil in the card. That powers the chip that sends out the ID. There are two standards that I know of (might be more) 125kHz and 13.56mHz. Some other systems use 900mHz and 2.45gHz

Not sure what you mean by which frequencies the hotels use. I've never been in a hotel that used these sorts of RFID/Proximity cards for room keys. We do use them at work for door access, though.

You won't pick up anything on a scanner, as they only work when triggered by the RF field generated by the reader. When the card sends out it's ID, it's in something like a 10 millisecond burst. You could try 125 kHz or 13.56mHz, but I doubt you'll hear anything useful.

yesterday i order that china reader for 5€. Maybe it work on 134,2 KHz to for animal stuff.

WTF...?!
A lot of Hotels (here in Europe) use Keyless Systems.
You won't pick up anything on a scanner
no not a scanner...
Do you ever look on 13.56mHz when you turn on your handy NFC on?
When the card sends out it's ID, it's in something like a 10 millisecond burst.
ACARS is a Burst to and there are decoder for.
Digital Radio use Bursts to.

You wont know what the frequency is, until you get a reply.
lol?
I know it...

The question is does anyone here try to research that cards?

Yes, lots of hotels use keyless entry. There are also lots of formats out there, and they are not interchangeable with each other.

If you are asking me, I maintain an HID system, and looked into readers and writers for cards and keyfobs. Never got into researching hotel cards much other than using them.

I'm not in Europe. It's been a few years since I was over there. The places I've stayed have never had RFID cards for door access. Most of what you find over here is magnetic stripe readers.

ACARS is a Burst to and there are decoder for.
Digital Radio use Bursts to.

Correct. I know there are decoders for these, but I don't own one and I have no need to own one. These 125KHz and 13.56mHz system are very short range, as in a few feet, so it's of little interest to me.

The question is does anyone here try to research that cards?

I'm sure people have. It'd be something interesting to try. Unfortunately the wife, kid and full time job get in the way of me experimenting with stuff like this. I'd be a good old google search would turn up something.

You must have little feet. With me Homemade SDR Device I get a Range ~5m² and with an directional Antenna the range extend.
I know there are decoders for these, but I don't own one and I have no need to own one.
a Joke? You have download them.
I'd be a good old google search would turn up something.
The Company who build the chip on cheap reader have a very good documentation how the decoding work:
