Does anyone have info on 146.4600 with DCS of 226 in South Florida? I was trying out a new antenna tonight and noticed it for the first time. There’s no info on RepeaterBook or on the FASMA website.

This is a simplex frequency.

Sometimes local areas will use simplex frequencies for repeaters.

Repeaterbook is many times outdated. See if the group that coordinates the repeaters in your area has a list of them online. Theae groups do a better job of keeping it current, than repeaterbook.

FASMA is the coordinating agency. It has a cw id like a repeater does. Unfortunately,
I don’t known Morse code.

Maybe it is a simplex node to something like echolink or Allstars

Repeaters aren't required to be coordinated and anymore can put one up. It's just the best practice to have coordinated, to minimize interference.
