To anyone trying to monitor FP&L, the system is a mess and hopefully some of you, or anyone for that matter can help to clean it up by submitting the needed changes.
First 6 departments all share the same gps location with a 36 mile range

That gps location sets those 6 here around Port Canaveral which is Brevard County.

Fort Myers is about: 26° 38' 26" N / 81° 52' 22" W
Naples is about : 26° 8' 30" N / 81° 47' 42" W
etc
About 90 of the sites on this system have a 220 mile range sharing the same location leaving 5 sites in their actual areas of operation.
