ALE 14760 KHz ALE ??

I looked at the big list of ALE Frequencies but did not see this frequency in there, 14760 KHz USB, can some one tell me who this belongs to.

Thanks so much for the information, I'll update my list. I have several ALE frequencies I am scanning through to see if I can get the soundings and try to figure out who they belong too, I try going through the large list I downloaded off the internet to see if the frequency comes up and I do searches on the internet to see if I can get any info on the soundings but some times I find no information.

Is there a list of ALE Soundings on the internet that I can search when I receive a Sounding to show me who it is ???
