I was making my way back from the Atlanta airport, on I-20 ,to Augusta yesterday. Somewhere near the Oconee Lake area, I decided to do a search of the public safety frequencies and the scanner stopped on 150.925mhz. All of the transmissions were D.E.S. encrypted. I haven't been able to find any info on the user of this frequency.
