151.715mhz South Side Indy, Golf Course….?

Randomly picked up a repeater output in 151.715mhz south side Indy.

I think it’s a golf course from the traffic on the radio. They mention a Pagoda a lot, but I am quite sure it’s not IMS. Lots of golf course type traffic. Sara Shank course isn’t far away from where I am.

I can’t find anything with an active license for this Freq. They mention other channels but I haven’t had much luck finding them. They may be simplex off repeated that I simply can’t pick up.

any thoughts?

Okay any reason they are choosing to use a license that was canceled? 02/02/2023

They've been using it since well before it expired. They most likely forgot to renew it.

They had an update to their license but never built out a system on those frequencies.

IN Children's Museum

Looks like they are completely redoing their radio lineup. Will put in the new stuff and start monitoring to see what it looks like once its done.
