Repeater w/ DCS 023. Seems to be rail-related. Mention of tracks, crossings, two cars going to Barbour's Cut, use of bins and bottles in work. 24 hour activity, I'm figuring it's an aggregate plant nearby. Found a license for BearCom on this frequency, but no ID of any kind is heard.
