154.400 P-25 control channel

Started at around 02:30 heard what sounds like a p25 control channel on 154.400 I am at my fire house and we have a cdm1250 connected to a full wave length station master antenna it sound like it is comeing from far away I looked it up is it possible it is comeing from Nebraska or montana by the way the antenna is mounted about thirty fiv feet ontop of a tower

Its Cecil County Md TRS CC on 154.4075 Mhz Cecil County Trunking System, Elkton, Maryland - Scanner Frequencies .
It kills 154.400Mhz here in Camden County NJ 24-7.

Its also comes in loud and clear in Cape May on Lower Fire 1. Drives everyone nuts, even the dispatchers turn our channel down when it starts. Safe huh. Hopefully the FCC does something about this, had them look into it 2 years ago.
