Hello fellow scanners. Yesterday November 23rd I found the following frequency 155.595 while I was doing a random search with my PRO-97, this frequency was using a Digital PL of 411 I believe. Does anyone know who uses this frequency.

I was at home here in Eastern Montgomery County and I had my PRO-97 on a SR3 Police / Fire search of the of the number 1 range of that band which covers 153.770 - 170.150 MHZ. I found a bunch of frequencies in this range which most all of them used a CTCSS tone. Then 155.595 MHZ cam one. It was police communications. I already had my scanner set to ct so that it would detect and CTCSS tones, and when 155.595 MHZ came up no ct showed. So I then hit mode again to move it to a dc dcs digital to search for a digital code. When 155.595 came on again a digital code of I believe 411 came up. I see that the New York State Police Troop B uses 155.595 however according to our database for New York State on the State Police they meaning Troop B uses CTCSS tones with that particular frequency.
