I'm hearing radio traffic on 159.21 that sounds like a simulcast of the San Juan County law enforcement system. The FCC database only shows a base licensed to the state of NM on Eureka Mesa near Cuba. Could be it. I can hear it very well while mobile in ABQ and very weakly mobile in Los Lunas. Any other ideas?

I dont know who it is, but I was hearing traffic on that frequency on my hand held scanner in Rio Rancho. I heard 'Farmington' referenced several times.

I was up in Cuba BS'ing with one of the VFD guys, and he claims this is a remote base for the SP Farmington district, so the guys that work out of the state police cuba substation can hear farmington dispatch. I've also been told that Farmington State police dispatch is tied in with the san juan county dispatch, so that may be why all the san juan type traffic.
