In my travels the last couple days I have been hearing on 160.290 (CSQ) in the Phoenix - West Valley area short recorded messages saying "License Error". No PL is heard and no discernible repeater hang time is heard. The signal strength varies here but I don't think it is coming off the White Tanks.
UP is licensed (KOF641) for a repeater on the freq at the yard just east of Chase Field. While it could be from there, that is a pretty long trip out here with only a 32-watt ERP so I will reserve judgement on that for now.
I do not hear it from home with my attic antenna.
Anyone have any ideas?
