160.740 NXDN (Buffalo NY)

Listening from Fort Erie Ont.
I picked this audio up on 160.740 tone R0 / NX4, also some analog audio on this frequency. I have this as Selkirk yard top end Buffalo NY.
Anyone in the area want to listen in to confirm. The analog audio is weak and could be Canadian ???.

I can't figure out where it is, but it's definitely not yard chatter and not CSX. It's definitely a track warrant or some other type of movement directive.
