I'm scanning CNR Police and hearing conversations about the Wainright subdivision Alberta . Is this a national feed like the old paging service that were from all across Canada?

163.005 is a fairly common logging frequency in Alberta, that might have something to do with it.

I am near Montreal and monitor these transmissions. No, these are CN Police talking about trespassers on train lines and speaking to base station about train subdivisions and timetables.

This is loaded as a conventional system in my scanners SDS100 and SDS200 but in TAFL it is listed as
