I have been hearing activity on this frequency (167.730mhz). Most of it is encrypted with Motorola Securenet DES (I believe) because you hear white noise and then a high pitch tone at the end of the transmission. Sometimes you hear clear voice, but it's numbers like "10-15". Anyone have any idea who the user could be? I did a search on this frequency and not much came up except it did say it was a "business" channel (black dot) and was not a U.S gov channel, etc according to one of my older Police Call books. I am picking this up in the Waterford/White Lake area.
