Finally, after months of monitoring this, the unit on tonite 12/30 6:15 PM id'd as BIA Police. I was guessing this since I have heard them respond to calls from Santo Domingo to Laguna. Tonite he was responding to a call in San Felipe.

PS - the freq is 171.5375

Sounds like it's BIA and the Law NET for the Southern Pueblos Agency.
