Interesting, where in ILL ??
In the Chicago area this should be $653 not 1CE as the 171.6875 and $653 are the Federal IO "Central Command" channel

Unless some minor changes are coming into Play for the DNC

I heard this also within the last few days. There was some pretty good VHF band enhancement going on so MOSWIN sounds very plausible. Closest point to Missouri is over 230 miles from here.

Sorry I should've said this was heard in Indiana but from the Chicago repeaters. I am too far from MO to hear anything direct

So you are suggesting that 171.6875 the Chicago Interop uses $FFE (not $653) as the input and heard 163.6500 from MO ?? which happens to the an MO input as well...?

Anyone else in Chicago hear this,??
I'm more inclined to go with your heard 171.6875 MO as more folks in Chicago would have reported this, due to more frequent band opennings...

No way this was direct from Missouri, the repeater in Chi might have picked up the Missouri traffic on the input, but the accents sounded like Chicago/Illinois vs Missouri. I'll listen again and see if I can get any county names or units.
