173.825 Sandy Hook Gateway

I'm trying to figure it all out too...Last night while monitoring 173.825 at midnight (00:00 hrs) the Dispatcher manually gave out the Sandy Hook station identification along with a call-sign of "KFB730". Odd thing was they stated the frequency they were transmitting on was 164.955 (I'm not 100% sure on the .955 it was a bit garbled).

I'm not even sure if anything is in the clear out on the hook these days.

164.9500 was the input to 169.7500 for years

Yes, it's all correct as listed in the database. 164.9500 NAC 500 is the input to the repeater, thus what they said at 00:00 hours is correct. I personally verified the frequencies in the database and made the submission last year after they had "disappeared" (changed the NAC) and moved LE operations to a separate frequency. They will be very busy in the coming weeks as the park fills up with visitors for the Summer.
