I can't find anything on this one except Sandy Hook it seems to be full time encrypted? I am not getting any tones on it.

Is it conventional, NXDN, DMR, P25 or what? If P25 do you see a NAC, or if DMR color code and TG? What about radio IDs?

Any of that info helps narrow it down.
