Looks like the Bossier City Police Department has gone full-time encrypted. I hate it but I can't say it wasn't expected as some of the local Facebook "journalists" were posting events in real time. I have enjoyed listening to them since 1965 but it's done now.

I use SDRTrunk and saw Bossier City PD 1 & 2 show "encrypted". Same with the fire depatement except for they'll occasionally go unencrypted. It seems like their Dispatch 3 is fine though. Weird how the city fire main is encrypted but the Tactical channels are fine. I hope Shreveport Police & Fire don't end up doing the same anytime soon.
does any one have a good channel list hopefully profile file for sintanal for bossier city and shreveport i can get iam sending a home patrol 2 to my daughter and am trying to program it for her shes not scanner savy lol
