Eire should be a DNET-01 (based on input/output and both NACs)
BP in your region has a wide-area net using NINE networked Repeaters
sites - Eire(2), Buffalo, Cambira, Rochester(2), Oswego, Ithaca and Watertown
my Bad, just went back thru my notes/documents - these can be linked but are generally stand-a-lone Repeater
but then things may have changed over time tooo

I believe 163.675 Arkwright is also a dual agency use repeater. I have heard INS Ops on it and any CBP units from Dunkirk down to Ripley. Also boat units use this frequency all up and down Lake Erie.
170.700 was(is) also at Arkwright. About 10 years ago 163.675 had a failure and went into a analog carrier for 6 straight months and 170.700 was used in place of it. Both tracked to the same tower at Arkwright. One day 163.675 was fixed and 170.700 was gone.

Cambria site is the Niagara Falls CBP repeater 163.625, correct? I never bothered to track that down.

Arckwright is what they call Eire E 163.6250 $301 with 162.8250 in (should be $325)
