Indianapolis Fire along with IMPD are on the scene at 3745 Forest Mannor off of 38Th street.Fully envolved house fire.1st engine company on the scene is requesting 2 Medics to the scene.They have 2 people that have been shot. 1 woman and a boy going to Wishard. Radio Traffic is on IDPS IFD-OPS 1 talkgroup 10205, IMPD MET-NO 1 Talkgroup 10106, IMPD IN1- Talkgroup 10121. Sat 9-1-2012 6:52AM
