Hello,
I completed this install earlier in the year, and I'm just now getting around to uploading the photos. This is a 2005 Colorado extended cab. Equipment installed:
Yaesu FT-8800
Uniden BCT-15
Uniden RH-96 Remote Head
NSN6054A Motorola Amplified speaker
HSN4018A Motorola speaker
Switch box
General photos of the two remote heads and switch box. Note that the remote head for the FT-8800 is mounted to the top of the RH-96 with velcro-type fasteners, and then it's wedged against the bottom of the dash.

One of the rear jumper seats was removed and an equipment box installed in its place. The box is made of plywood and covered with automotive carpet purchased from Wal-Mart. The removable cover is made of pegboard (holes drilled a bit larger) to allow for some airflow within the box. This box houses all of the electrical connections as well as the main radio units. The top-mounted speaker displayed here (Motorola amplified) is connected to the BCT-15. It's hard to spot the relays, but they're just behind the coiled black cable in the lower-left corner of the box.

The switch box controls the relays you may have noticed in the above photos. Switch one controls the power for the BCT15, RH-96, and the Motorola amplified speaker; switch two controls an amber LED light in the rear window (not pictured); and the third switch controls the three-socket 12v outlets attached to the top of the equipment box. The switch box is made from a Radioshack project box and three lighted switches.

Here is a view during install with the drivers-side seat and center console removed. Wires for the remote heads and switch box were routed from the equipment box under the drivers-side door trim on the floor towards the front of the vehicle. Then, they were run under the carpet below the drivers seat towards the center console, and emerged from a hole in the carpet. Barely visible at the top of the picture is the second Motorola speaker (non-amplified) mounted just below the glove box and facing downwards. This speaker is connected to the FT-8800. The black piece of metal on the transmission hump was salvaged from another install (thus the scuff marks, etc). It's mounted to the floor here with two 3-inch angle brackets. The remote heads will mount to this plate.

And finally, here's a picture of the switch box being installed to the side of the center console.

I do not have any antenna photos. However, the BCT-15 is patched into the stock AM/FM antenna and gets good reception. The FT-8800 uses a fender-mounted dual-band antenna.
Questions, comments, or feedback appreciated.
Thanks!
