That's a tough one. Assuming the address is "5321 Otterbein Road" ... Google says that address exists in Roseville Ohio (Muskingam County) *and* Roseville uses 37.10 MHz (WPRH-594) ... but for public works and not EMS or Fire.

Been hearing occasional key ups on 33.4200 the Orlando OEM NOAA link from time to time the past few days. Has anybody heard the same? Are they currently rebroadcasting or am I hearing another user on the frequency?
Mystery freq. 46.9400 (too choppy to get a PL) not a single station listed by the FCC on this freq in the database. RR database shows 4 stations in Ontario Canada. Anyone ever heard activity on this freq?
on Sunday around 9:30 am I picked up data sounds on 75.7600 (listed as a remote link for CHP) Anyone know what that would be?

Because in the US that is a federal allocation. (46.6-47.0 MHz)
