This year's conference is scheduled for 4-7 March.

2x F-22's, 2x F-16's, 2x P-51's, and I believe a P-47 are on the flight line as of this morning.

The flight line will not be open this year to military ID card-holders. They are opening the park to the NE of Base Ops, but it won't provide the same views :(

I scoped out a few possible locations today, as I have a new camera and 200-600mm lens that is just itching for new fighter photography :)

I suspect the frequencies in use will be the same as the previous years.

Speaking of cameras, I just bought a new Panasonic fz80 from eBay yesterday with a 1200 zoom lens and can't wait to get it and try to figure out how it works since I've never really been into cameras and I'm 55. They fly right over my house out here in Buckeye every day and I'm hoping to be able to get some decent shots of the planes once I figure out how to work a fancy camera.. Lol

With 4k video, you may be able to get some great video with the scanner on frequency during the air show. That's on my bucket list to show the maneuvers as they are called over the radio. I think the best option would be at a show where the Thunderbirds or Blue Angels are performing, since they also put on a radio performance, for those who are listening :)

Got my new camera yesterday and took it out of the box without knowing what I'm doing and took this picture. Can't wait to actually figure out how to set it up, lol.
