We want to announce that the 2024 Great Texas Airshow venue is changing and will now be held at JBSA-Randolph April 6 – 7, 2024.
A lot has changed since the last airshow we held at Kelly Field in 2017. The region has enjoyed significant growth and development. As has the airshow. In fact, the 2022 Great Texas Airshow was the largest in our history, with more than 500,000 guests in attendance. The event was a huge success, but we also learned a lot from the experience. In light of those lessons, our focus remains on hosting a world-class event that is accessible, safe, and convenient for all who wish to attend. So, after an extensive review of all logistical factors, we’ve concluded JBSA-Randolph offers the layout and space we need to meet this goal.
We are deeply appreciative of the support we’ve received from the Port of San Antonio and other partners in the Kelly Field community throughout our planning efforts. We remain staunchly committed to those partnerships and look forward to continuing to deepen those ties.
Stay tuned in the months ahead as we reveal more about the thrilling performances, family-friendly activities, and other surprises we have in store at the 2024 Great Texas Airshow.
