I am currently constructing a 20M delta loop. I have the correct measurements but I want to leave some extra wire to fine tune the SWR. Can I add an extra foot to each end (in the corner of the antenna where it connects to the balun) and simply wind the extra foot back on itself? That way if it needs to be a little longer I can lengthen it without splicing in extra wire. Thanks for any help you can offer.
