Are there any scanner software that are compatible with Apple computers? I have the Uniden 250D and would like to use the computer programming feature but I only use Macs.

Is your MAC one of the newer ones, running OS X? If so, have you tried the Windows Emulator?

tcl is a computer language. You need the tcl interpreter running on your computer to run tcl programs. If you do a google search on tcl+macintosh I'm sure you'll be able to find something that'll run on your Mac (I got at least 10 pages of hits).
