2800 to 2900 sweeper

Strange sweeping tone that rotates between 2800 to 2900 and 2817 to 2900 kHz. It has a very strong signal here.

brandon, note that this is the same frequency range that 5 kHz stepped signal was hitting last night. At least, it was the same as it was hitting when it moved down from 4200-4400 to 2800-2900. Not saying they are connected, but I think it is a possiblity.
