2900 mounting bracket screws

I am trying to find the size of the screws that fasten the bracket to the rig. I tried both 6x32 and 8x32 and neither work .Any help would be much appreciated . Thanks & 73

You're trying to put a square peg into a round hole. Square pegs are US measure, round holes are metric.

Have you considered looking at the side of the radio? Sometimes they actually put the thread size and length near the holes? Have you e-mailed Yaesu? It will be metric measurements. So you don't get responses about square pegs in round holes, the correct way to say a thread size is 8-32, 1/4-20

Get the round ones. Standard is M4x8mm.

Well, now I know the standard round screw... never had much luck making square ones work.
