2OPS48 on Ottawa FleetNet

Now I'm already aware of the patched talkgroups often happening on FleetNet in Zone 2. However, the last time I was east of Ottawa and today while in Ottawa, I had seen 2OPS48 West Parry Sound/Almaguin Highlands pop up. Is this a regular talkgroup heard on Ottawa or East of Ottawa?
It seems kind of odd to be patched in with Eastern Ontario talkgroups.

Good Morning......This is something that I have noticed happening one or two times a month, and the first time it happened I had to get out the map to find out where Almaguin Highlands is. This is not a constant thing, just periodically. I do not know the why, but I have thought of them being short of dispatchers, or patching together, or maybe a maintenance of towers. Anything is possible. I live about 3 miles from the MORTON Tower.
I also welcome any thoughts on the issue

I have noticed this here, in Peterborough.
I'm getting North Bay talkgroups on site 25 tower. No patch, just the regular TG, as if I was at a North Bay tower site.
All I can think of (besides short dispatchers) is, the next phase of PSRN for Eastern Ontario which has already occurred in Zone 1.

In the Parry Sound area they have been doing this for over a year. Parry Sound radio coverage goes all the way to the Ottawa area

Yeah they come and go over the past year. In the last 30 days, I only have 631 comms for 2OPS48 off the Ottawa area towers.
