I am siting here listening to 3.803MHz LSB. They randomly send some form of digital mode. I am guessing by the way they comment it is an image. I tried EasyPal and I tried RX-SSTV. No luck. If anyone may have knowledge on what digital mode they are using please reply what digital mode and software to be used.
The hams on 3.803MHz LSB operate before sunrise in the USA. right now it is 1139utc, local time 5:39am cst.
The digital mode is very short like 5-10 seconds duration.
I attempted Google search but Google search was totally oblivious to it.
