Heard today around 2 PM. 31.46 PL 131.8 - "Control to all units" - I believe this was the Massachusetts Environmental Police transmitting from a base station on Mount Wachusetts in Central Massachusetts. Traffic is very limited. Low band mobile units probably reply on 31.50. Most traffic is on the State 800 Mhz TRS.
