Ok so i grew up when you could program a scanner really simple and now the only way i know how to do it is with using software and RR.
So I am trying to program in a local DMR HAM Frequency and cant figure it out I have ARCXT and Freescan.
Would anyone want to help an old guy out in figuring this out ill attach a photo of one of the sites im trying to monitor. yes it has the DMR upgradedmr.png

FreeSCAN is basically useless for programming DMR. There is a partially updated version that can do conventional DMR, but web import does not work.

I don't have ARCXT (I use ProScan). But try programming that frequency as a DMR One Frequency Trunked system.

Use that system type. Be sure that you create a group for the system & put at least one TGID in it. (If you do not have a specific TGID in mind, just use a 1 (one) as the talkgroup. I would also set the system to ID Search. The site that you create for the system will have only the frequency used for that site. If you know the correct color code, use it. If not known, leave the color code set as "search".
