Just got, I can program it, but nothing is in factory memory...default available?

If you do a memory initialize you'll have the option of reviving the factory preprogrammed stuff.

Press 2+9+HOLD while powering on (it will clear all memory).

I have yet to see a list of all the systems, but all the major metropolitan areas are pre-programmed in the second, third, and fourth System sets, I believe. Press the "." and the number to enable/disable the systems.
