Heard this loud last night, sounded like a computer tryng to handshake. This is one
of the nightwatch frequencies I think. Anyone else hear it?

From what I have heard about 'have quick' it spreads a radio transmission out over several different freqs and the receiving radio somehow combines the reception from several freqs back into 1 conversation.
