Has anyone re-flashed the 396 yet, AND does it effect the programed frequencies stored in the radio that are not directly effected by the 800 mHz "upgrde".

Hello,
I have done the Firmware upgrade and whatever is programmed in the radio will still be there after it is done.
I don't know what you mean by the 800 mHz "upgrde".
