Hearing encrypted DMR on 406.2875. TS 1, CC 10, TG 10. Appears to be coming from San Antonio. Anyone local hearing this in SA?

The only DMR I have heard in that part of the fed band here in SA has been USPS Ops. Postal Inspectors are P25E, so it might be an encrypted USPS ops channel. The two in the database are already DMR in the clear and are still in use. It's the only thing DMR-wise in that band I can think of.
FWIW, 406.2875 DCS 205 is used by National Guard (probably) in Houston area for car-to-car at public events. It's heard during parades, July 4th, etc.
