406 MHZ EPIRB

I decoded this epirb signal on 406 MHz today, I was wondering what this means, first time decoding a epirb signal.

Yes I used Multipsk, to bad you could not answer my question.

Well I've never seen nor decoded one before. "without UIN detected" means the device hasn't been registered, or, the reg # wasn't detected. That's about it.
