Just shooting you a message from across the lake in Toronto. I am getting a DMR CAP signal on 424.7625 color code 2.
Just wondering if this would be the New York Power Authority based in Lewiston or Niagara Falls? If not, it could be a Canadian signal.

Real weak signal down hear in Fort Erie DSD+ can't really lock onto the signal, I'll try from time too time and see if I can get a good enough signal to log any information.

Probably WQRV915 NYPA in Lewiston. ERP 60 watts. 7K60FXD, 7K60FXE, 11K0F3E

More info from another person monitoring:

424.7625 is frequency 1 (Ch. 1/2) and 424.0250 (Ch. 3/4) is frequency 2 for whatever this system is. The only voice activity seen so far in very limited monitoring is encrypted T/G 14:

The rest channel changes back and forth every 8 minutes.

As somebody already posted, that looks like NYPA (New York Power Authority)

Licenses: WNSV418 (424.025) , WQRV915 (424.7625)

Looks to be the Lewistown site in Niagara Co NY.

No trunked database entry however for the New York Power Authority, only a conventional entry of 424.025 (151.4 PL) in Lewiston.

The Cap+ system is supporting the infrastructure upgrades (turbine and transformer replacements) that have been taking place. All comms are using EP.
