There must be some tropo this morning, I'm listening from 40 miles south of Fort Wayne, IN. I'm hearing a P25 channel on 453.151 NAC:151. TG 1 sounds like some kind of roadside assistance. They're talking about disabled vehicles on the Dan Ryan Expressway. So far I haven't been able to find a P25 listing for this frequency. I don't have a system ID. Anybody know which radio system this may be?

Illinois Dept. of Transportation (Minutemen) that patrol Chicago area expressways. You're hearing the patch from the Starcom system.

453.1510 would not be a valid freq allocation, narrow it down to

453.1500 or +/ to 453.1375 / 453.1625

Actual frequency is 453.150. Guessing 453.151 was a typo seeing that the repeater uses a 151 NAC.
