453.6125 NAC 261 TG 1 Encrypted??

Does anyone know what 453.6125 might be?

It's not licensed too many agencies at all in North Jersey, but I'm getting a weak but copy-able signal here in Kinnelon.

I have it in my scanner because it's a one of the 4 simplex frequencies that Wayne Township got licensed for several years back.

Is that in the database? I can't seem to find it.

I did find that they have a TG on the OneVoice network, but I guess that isn't their main channel?

It's in the FCC ULS database and there are numerous hits on Google for it. They use it at several water treatment plants located throughout the 5 Boroughs. Not sure if they encrypt though.

Are you sure they use P25?

A search turned up this license, but it's a DMR and FMN license with no P25.

It wouldn't make much sense for them to be P25 for their water treatment plants when they also use the DMR OneVoice network.
